Long Beach, Simon's Town
About
Long Beach is popular amongst kayakers, wildlife photographers, and especially scuba divers. It is within walking distance of the Simon's Town train station, close to shops and has ample parking available. It is perfect for beginner divers with its easy shore-dive entry and exit and is quite well sheltered from wind and swells. Long Beach is a lovely place to spend a sunny day snorkeling and swimming. It is recommended that beach goers only swim where and when a lifeguard is on duty.
